I've updated my latest DNN slide deck to v4.8 for CodeCamp presentations - on my DNN Downloads page..

See DotNetNuke v4 in an MSDN WebCast series co-hosted by myself and Russ Fustino of Russ' Toolshed fame.

The following two sessions were recorded on Feb 13, 2006, see the links at left to view. Session slides are now available for download. The events covered the following topics:

  • DotNetNuke v4 Overview (ID: 1032289786 - Monday, Feb 13, 2006 at 12:00 pm EST in Tampa, FL). In this session, we'll look at what's new in v4.0 (and its companion v3.2) and differences between versions. We'll overview the v4 portal application and documentation, new DNN package distribution options, and touch on new features for portal configuration and management. Finally, we'll discuss the new project development and support organization, updated and newly available core modules, and project futures. NOTE: due to extreme lag in the original session, we re-recorded it via LiveMeeting. The link to the left points to the updated (not live) session. This recording doesn't require registration.
  • DNN v4 on ASP.NET v2 (ID: 1032289784 - Monday, Feb 13, 2006 at 2:00 pm EST in Tampa, FL). In this session, we'll go into more detail about what's different under ASP.NET v2 and how to get up and running. We'll delve into new features for portal configuration and management, the Starter Kit and new project build structure, module templates, development tools, and tips & tricks.
